| Shipping Rates and Methods
In order to keep your shipping costs as low as possible, and our pricing simple, we charge a fixed amount based on the quantity of doors you purchase from each supplier. The more doors you purchase, the more money you save on shipping. This charge is listed on the product detail page and covers the "Less Than Truck Load" (LTL) shipping costs and the extensive packaging/crating of the product. Shipping fees are for the 48 states of the continental U.S. only. Please beware of companies who mask their shipping policy. Shipping large or heavy items can be quite expensive, so make sure you know what costs you will incur for an order when shopping around. Shipping costs for a quantity of doors for each manufacturer are shown below. We charge a single delivery fee for Wood Harbor regardless of quantity.
All orders are shipped via Truck Freight / LTL. The charges for each order are quickly provided once you put the product in the shopping cart at Checkout, or via our 24 hour quotes. Products will be delivered to the back of the truck / tailgate, as is typical in LTL shipping. This is called Curbside Delivery. It is your responsibility to removes the product from the truck , so we recommend at least 2-3 people be present when the product is delivered. Often times the driver will assist in removing the product from the truck, but they are not required to do so. It is our recommendation that if your order is being delivered to a Residential address or a location that does not have a loading dock, that Lift Gate service be purchased. In-home delivery and other services are provided by the truck carriers and are easily purchased directly from them. We will provide you with contact information for your carrier so that you can request and arrange for any additional delivery services that you prefer. We also recommend that you have a handcart available in order to transport the product from the street/driveway to an area where you can unpack the product in a thorough and safe manner. There may be Residential Delivery fees of $50 to $150 depending on the truck freight carrier - this is not a Greenbridge Doors fee. These are not to be confused with shipping fees. All fees will be disclosed upon checkout or when items are placed in a cart. We list an expected ship time in "Ready to Ship in" or "Usually Ships in" description with every product, so that you can know how quickly we can normally ship the item. However, due to supply and demand during peak seasons these time frames can vary for certain high-demand models. Once your order ships, deliveries take between three and seven business days, depending on the warehouse and the delivery locations. If you have a rush order or need delivery option above and beyond standard delivery, please don't hesitate to call us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We want to save you time, so we offer you the ability to send products to more than one address within one order. Our goal is to save you time and money.
